Day 4 & 5

Been busy with physics.

Day 4

Instant oatmeal for breakfast

wheat chackers and peaches for a snack

white meat on a whole wheat bun sandwhich

2 graham crackers

a bowl of wheat/chicken broth for dinner

Day 5

skim, honey and stwarberies milk shake

wheat crackers and grapes

a bowl of wheat and chicken broth

brown rice and chicken curry

1/2 wheat pita with potatoes

2 teaspoons of sherboth
